GOVERNING COUNCIL RESOLUTION

This is a CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the resolution by Governing Council of PANIIT Alumni Hyderabad Society. In its meeting held on _______ at ________________, it is:

“Resolved with the consent of the Society Governing Council that Mr. Suresh Adina is nominated to be the Chair of Conference Secretariat. Mr. Suresh Reddy and Mr. Sudesh Menon are nominated as Vice-chairs of Conference Secretariat and the three together as Conference Governing Council shall oversee the day-to-day activities for the smooth conduct of the conference”.

“Further Resolved with the consent of the Society Governing Council that the following Committees, as nominated during the local body meeting on 15^th June 2014, shall be constituted to assist the Conference Secretariat and the Conference Governing Council in the smooth conduct of the Conference. The names of the committee chairs recommended and nominated are:
